Our HR team is headed by Dr.M.Safdar Rehman, PhD ( HR ), Certified HR Professional from IPMA (Canada), Member, SHRM(USA) having 30 plus years of experience with Public Sector organizations of Pakistan including Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority(PEMRA), Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF), Pakistan Telecommunication Authority ( PTA) and National Training Bureau ( NTB).
Dr. Rehman served with Hunting Technical Services (UK Based) and conducted a salary Survey for UNFPA. His area of specialization is Job analysis, Recruitment & Selection, developing HR Manuals/ Employee Service Regulations and Training & Development. Dr. Rehman has authored 14 fourteen research articles on the subjects of operational management, Job Analysis, Recruitment and Selection, Job Performance, Salary Survey and Public sector organizations of Pakistan in the local and international Journals.
Under the dynamic leadership of Dr Rehman, MES has evolved and grown into a multi- sector services company over a period of time.
